I share my knowledge and expertise with you to help you understand what is causing your individual problem. If you don't need work, I'm going to say so. If you do, I'm going to work with you and your budget to create a solution that will fit your individual needs. If you have a pier and beam “crawl space” foundation, you can choose re-shimming and/or new support beams, new sonotube or block and base piers. I also offer new construction piers. If you have a slab on grade foundation, you can choose pressed concrete or pressed steel piers.

I started as a building contractor who specialized in solutions for environmental damage, especially caused by water to structures. This gives me a unique ability to determine what is causing the problem and develop intelligent solutions to foundation problems. Not only that, I understand all phases of construction, especially load, lift, span and design. I work with independent engineers to provide an unbiased analysis for each individual foundation problem. I will tell you if you have a problem or not. I feel that honesty and respect for each client is vitally important to establishing trust in the community.
